CATALOGUE PROGRAMSHALO is expert in providing merchandise catalogue solutions, range development, sourcing, catalogue creation and distribution, plus buying, stock management, pick & pack, dispatch and reporting.
MERCHANDISING & SOURCINGOur extensive knowledge of suppliers worldwide gives HALO's clients unrivalled access to products from across the globe. HALO's worldwide network of manufacturers gives clients confidence in matters of supply, quality, reliability, conformance to standards and business practices.
LOGISTICSHALO Europe has a 3,500 sq metre European warehouse with pick& pack facilities capable of supporting in excess of 2,000 shipments per day. In house pad printing and embossing allows a rapid response to client requests for short-run and short lead-time projects.
CUSTOMER SERVICEHALO's teams of trained customer service advisors is expert in handling in-bound calls, mail enquiries, e-mail correspondence and outgoing sales calls. Dedicated teams of service advisors are assigned to each client and use systems and practices designed specifically to meet the client's needs.
